We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF and HEIC (iPhone) files. For best results, use a high-resolution image of at least 300 DPI.

Absolutely! You can include multiple photos in a single order. Just send all your photos when placing your order and let us know which product each photo is for.

For standard orders we proceed directly to printing. For bulk or custom orders, we can provide a digital proof upon request.

Our standard sizes are 2.5x2.5, 2.5x3.5, 3.25x4 and 5x7 inches. Contact us for custom sizing requests.

Magnets ship within 1–3 business days. 3D Frames ship within 3–5 business days after production is complete. We ship within Canada via Canada Post.

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Magnets are shipped in protective sleeves, and 3D frames are bubble-wrapped and boxed.

We understand — sometimes colors look different on screen than in print, or a photo doesn't come out quite as expected. That's not your fault and we can fix it. We'll remake your order for free. You just cover the return shipping, which is usually just a few dollars. Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Our goal is for you to absolutely love your magnets.

We use premium quality magnetic material and high-resolution ink printing to ensure your photos look vivid and sharp. Our magnets are durable and long-lasting.

Not exactly — but very close. Here's why: your screen uses light to display colors while our printer uses ink, so they don't always match perfectly. What helps: a high-resolution photo (600+ DPI) gives better color accuracy. We color-calibrate regularly and use quality ink so your colors will be vivid and true to your original photo. Not happy with the colors when you receive it? We'll remake it.

Our magnets are built to last 5+ years with daily use. We use UV-resistant ink so colors stay vivid even on sunny fridges — they won't fade over time. The magnetic backing is durable and won't weaken either. We have customers with the same magnets on their fridges for years with no quality loss. That's what we aim for with every order.

Bulk pricing starts at 11 units. The more you order, the more you save — up to 30% off on orders of 51-100 units and custom pricing for 100+ units.

Yes! Each piece in your bulk order can have a completely different photo. Just provide all photos when placing your order.

Yes! We can incorporate your company logo or branding into your order. Contact us for corporate branding options and pricing.

Bulk magnet orders typically take 3–5 business days depending on quantity. 3D Frame bulk orders may take longer. Contact us for specific timelines for your order size.

Measure your photo magnet in millimetres and add 0.5–1mm to that measurement when selecting your frame size. Why? 3D printing naturally expands filament slightly during printing. Combined with minor irregularities and slight roughness from support removal, exact-fit sizing can make your magnets too snug. This small allowance ensures a smooth, secure fit every time. Example: if your magnet is 53mm, order a 54mm frame.

Yes! ENTER brand: 50.5mm. TECRE brand: 54mm. Memory Mag: 64.5mm. FMCraft: 64.5mm. Aliexpress (China): 64.5mm. If your brand isn't listed, measure your magnet and add 0.5–1mm.

We use thin silver round iron discs — they're safer than large flat discs, especially in homes with kids and pets. They're durable, long-lasting and widely available on Amazon at low cost.

STL files are 3D printing files that you can use with your own 3D printer to print the frames at home. They're compatible with most FDM printers including Creality, Prusa, Bambu Lab and Anycubic.
