Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are custom made to order. Magnets are produced and ship within 1–3 business days. 3D Frames are produced and ship within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location within Canada. Contact us at contact.thestickypixels@gmail.com for shipping rate inquiries.

3. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories via Canada Post. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. If you are located outside Canada please contact us at contact.thestickypixels@gmail.com to discuss options.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders via Canada Post.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact.thestickypixels@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately before production begins.
