1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with The Sticky Pixels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Orders
All products are made to order and customized based on the photos and specifications you provide. Once an order is placed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
3. Photo Submissions
By submitting a photo to The Sticky Pixels, you confirm that you own the rights to that photo or have permission to use it for printing purposes. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from photos submitted by customers. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Magnets ship within 1–3 business days. 3D Frames ship within 3–5 business days after production is complete. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact.thestickypixels@gmail.com and we will remake the product for you. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs on the replacement order.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Sticky Pixels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on The Sticky Pixels website including logos, images, and text is the property of The Sticky Pixels and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
