Your order is carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We ship within Canada via Canada Post.

✓ Minimum: 300 DPI — lower than this makes your magnet look pixelated or blurry

✓ File size: Under 25MB
✓ Color mode: RGB — ensures colors print as close as possible to your screen
✓ Quick test: zoom into your photo — if details look fuzzy when zoomed in, the resolution may be too low

Yes! Screenshots work fine as long as they are clear and not pixelated. The higher the resolution the better.

What if I don't like how my magnet looks?

We understand — sometimes colors look different on screen than in print. That's not your fault and we can fix it. We'll remake your order for free. You just cover the return shipping, which is usually just a few dollars. Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
